Reservation qualifies as "monthly" if it spans from one specific day in one month to the exact same day in the next month (i.e. Jan 1st - Feb 1st)
Guest is responsible for their own power usage each month.
In addition to first months rent, we require a $100 deposit for power. Power will be read, picture taken of meter, at time of check in. Based on .17 cents per Kwh used, guests power bill will be due on last day of guests paid stay. Any over or under charges will be added or refunded if guest checks out. Deposit for power will be kept until guest checks out.
Included in ALL site rentals:
